Most people use AI like this. You ask a question. It answers. Then it waits, until you ask again. That's a chatbot. An agent works differently. It notices things before you ask. Your supplier moves a delivery to Friday? It tells you first, and offers to update the customers who are waiting. You still decide. Yes, or not now. Chatbot: you ask. Agent: it tells you first.
The three levels
1. Found and bought by AI.
Customers' assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google's AI answers, Perplexity) can read your site, understand who you are and what you sell, and recommend you. That takes open access for their crawlers, clean business and product data, and free shopping listings where your platform supports them.
2. Run by AI.
Recurring work is redesigned so agents do it and a person approves it: mail sorted on arrival, one weekly report of what came in and what is still waiting.
3. Your own AI.
Your business has its own assistant that answers customers in your name, from your real information. It says it's an AI, says "I don't know" when it doesn't know, and hands everything else to you. This level is in design and not on sale yet.
How it works
Step 1: Free AI-visibility report.
We check what AI assistants see on your site today: whether their crawlers can get in, whether your business and product information is machine-readable, and whether an AI answer names you for a real buyer question. Public information only: we don't log in, place orders or contact you pretending to be a customer. You get a one-page report with the fixes that matter most. Free, and no obligation.
Step 2: AI channel readiness setup (Level 1).
We fix what the report found, in your own accounts, within 48 hours, and give you a before/after report. You pay after you've seen it. We don't promise rankings, because nobody controls what AI answers say. Price: $250 one-time, paid after you've seen the before/after report. Because we're new, our first 5 clients also get a free re-check after 30 days.
Step 3: Clearweek (Level 2). $750 one-time.
A 48-hour setup in your own Google account:
- Gmail labels and filters built for your business, so what needs you, what can wait and what's noise land in separate places. Rules sort your mail. No AI reads it, and nothing is sent in your name.
- One Drive document as your operations hub.
- A small script that emails you a report every Friday: what came in, and what has waited more than 48 hours.
- A Google account security check, where you click through the settings yourself. We never see your passwords or codes.
- Two live calls: one to start, one to walk through and adjust.
Everything lives in your own account. We keep no access afterwards.
Optional: $250/month for adjustments and a monthly check-in. Cancel anytime.
Later: Your own AI (Level 3). In design, not on sale.
Honest status
Agent Ready is new. We have no paying clients yet, so there are no client results to show here, and we won't invent any. We started with ourselves: on 8 October 2026 we ran the same check on this site and on Work Brief and are fixing what it found.
Agent Ready is a one-person business. I run it with a team of AI agents that research, check and build, and I approve everything that goes out. AI helped write this page.
What it isn't
- Not a promise of more sales or a better ranking.
- We never ask for or keep your passwords.
- Not a large custom software project.
