I’m Hakan Köse, Head of AI Transformation. I help organisations move past AI experiments and put intelligent digital workers into daily operation.
My focus is agentic AI: systems that don’t just answer, but act — executing tasks, learning from outcomes, and coordinating across tools. I translate that complexity into a clear, business-ready roadmap.
The goal is never technology for its own sake. It’s leverage: more output, fewer bottlenecks, and a team amplified by machines that genuinely pull their weight.
